Missing Letter Cut & Paste – Digital Download
Make alphabet practice hands-on with Missing Letter Cut & Paste! This printable resource helps young learners strengthen uppercase and lowercase letter recognition, alphabetical order, and sequencing skills as they identify missing letters and complete the alphabet. Instead of simply reciting their ABCs, children practice recognizing letters, understanding where they belong in the alphabet, and applying that knowledge through an engaging cut-and-paste activity.
Each worksheet features a partially completed alphabet chart and letter cards for children to cut out and paste into the correct spaces. With separate uppercase and lowercase versions, children can practice identifying letter forms, recognizing alphabetical patterns, and strengthening fine motor skills through cutting, sorting, and gluing. Perfect for homeschool preschool, Pre-K, kindergarten, morning work, literacy centers, or independent learning, just print, cut, and start completing the alphabet!

My son is going to love this! He’s always asking to cut – boys……- and puzzles are his specialty.

I’ll be adapting this activity so that my son can colour before cutting too!

This is my first resource from Pop of You. As a former Elementary Teacher turned homeschool mom, I see the equity in her resources and routines. This looks adaptable to different levels of ability. I appreciate the font used also, often times ELA resources use fonts that make it challenging for young learners who are just learning letters/handwriting. First thing I notice is the letter a, uppercase I, uppercase j, t, q and g. Adding this immediately into our upcoming letter practice. Will be returning for more!

Like the rest of the peanut gallery we will be making this a full alphabet, writing/coloring, scissor, glue activity (let be real probs even more too) ! And will 100% be a repeat for those days we need a little more kinesthetic engagement.
