CLASS 001: HANDWRITING
Handwriting is about so much more than learning how to make a letter. When kids learn to write, they’re actually developing two different skills at the same time: forming letters correctly and understanding where those letters belong on the page. And when handwriting gets tricky, knowing the difference can completely change how you help. In this class, we break down letter formation vs. spatial awareness, what each skill actually looks like in your child’s writing, and how to recognize which one may be causing the struggle. Then, instead of simply asking your child to practice writing more, you’ll learn simple, targeted strategies that address the skill they actually need to strengthen, so handwriting practice becomes more intentional, productive, and a whole lot less frustrating.
