Like never add oil to noodle water because it makes the sauce NOT stick to the noodles. Um excuse me. That makes so much sense. Oh! And to use water from the boiling pasta when getting the little bit of sauce left out of the pasta sauce jar because it adds to the dish instead of just using tap water.
