It can be used for ANY room 👏🏼🏠 One of the MOST asked questions I get is when do I find the time to workout as a homeschooling parent. Up until now, I didn’t. 🤷‍♀️ Between back-to-back-to-back pregnancies, newborn and toddler stages, starting/running a full-fledged business, and homeschooling 3 kids…my bandwidth and time are pretty much on zero. BUT I love working out. It’s something I enjoyed pre-kids. And I want it back. 👊🏼💥 The key with anything is to make it easy. Make it convenient. Identify and remove any friction points. The independence we are striving for doesn’t happen over night. It’s a gradual handoff. One that we’re very involved with in the beginning. But the hard work pays off.
